CHSPA is officially headquartered in the Journalism and Technical Communication (JTC) school at Colorado State University. Since 2002, we have had an office in Rocky Mountain Student Media, but in January, 2011 we moved to space in the JTC in the Clark Building. We are now an Associate of the JTC, and we hope to maintain that association for many years to come.

Our physical office at CSU: CHSPA, Colorado State University, Clark C258, Fort Collins CO 80523–8038

CHSPA also maintains a sort of “virtual office,” beyond our physical space at CSU, since the executive director is only on campus two days per week during the academic year. Be sure to look closely for the mailing address required when you send materials to CHSPA, as they may differ according to type of mailing.

For most CHSPA business, including membership and J-Day registration, the mailing address is:
Jack Kennedy, CHSPA Executive Director
9253 Sori Lane
Highlands Ranch CO 80126
