SoCo Media Day at CSU-Pueblo

Our third SoCo Media Day, Sept. 27, 2012, was our biggest yet, with 105 stu­dents and advis­ers enjoy­ing a range of ses­sions on every­thing from edi­to­r­ial writ­ing to sports report­ing to pho­tog­ra­phy to design. Pre­sen­ters included staff from the Pueblo Chief­tain, as well as Karen Wag­ner, Anas­ta­sia Har­ri­son, Jack Kennedy and Rob Rath­bun. Stu­dents could take advan­tage of large group ses­sions and smaller breakouts.

Our fourth SoCo Media Day, hosted by CSU-Pueblo, will be on Thurs­day, Sep­tem­ber 26, 2013. Most schools in the south­east quad­rant of the state will receive a post­card on this event. The reg­is­tra­tion form will be avail­able in early August of 2013 for this newly-expanded oppor­tu­nity for our friends who can’t travel to Fort Collins for J-Day.
