Jan. 20, 2012 — Leti­cia Stef­fen, from CSU-Pueblo and a friend of CHSPA, is coor­di­nat­ing the SPJ High School Essay Con­test for the Col­orado Pro SPJ chap­ter. The topic is “Why is it impor­tant that we have new media that is inde­pen­dent of the government?”
